It is our pleasure, Frank & Hellen Cosmo, to provide this Testimonial for Jessica Earl, JR, and Company. We started out small, just lawn trimming, sprinkler, and overall maintenance of our lawn. We were so pleased, we moved on to bigger and better things.We asked Jessica for an estimate it would be to paint our sidewalk leading to the Porch and the Porch floor also. They did a great job, to include pressure washing the sidewalk and porch first. Then came another project, they get bigger and bigger as we go on. If anyone knows my wife, Hellen Cosmo, and her Christmas Decorations, they know this is no small task. We rent an entire large size shed just for the decorations. Jessica provided an estimate to include the picking up and returning the decorations each year to the shed, that in itself, saved us $100.00 to rent a U-Haul truck. Jessica and Company would pick up all the decorations and put them into our garage, filling up a two car garage. They started doing the outside first, which to The outside, in the front, did not have one square inch without some LED light shining on it. People in golf carts going up the road would stop and take pictures in amazement. I am just glad that some inexperienced pilot does not take it as the runway strobes for landing. Then came the inside of the house. Hellen takes this as our Pride and Joy and Jessica would assist Hellen in these decorations. Again, there is not a square inch inside the house that is not decorated. Next, came the Lunai. We wanted it to look as good as the porch. Painting the floor, etc. Again, they power washed the entire lunai, and if you know where we live, this is not a small lunai with a lot of stuff on it, ie grill, table for six, small refrigerator and Hellen’s Prayer Room. As always, it was Poetry In Motion and when they finished they re-arranged all that was in there previously, which provided a much better flow. The last thing, at least for now, was our back yard. We had some ideas, but nothing compared to their ideas. They came up with a better flow and bigger ideas for our backyard. If anyone would like to take a look at it, we live at the 150 yard marker on Hole Number Nine. This took them awhile to accomplish, but as always, looks much better than anything we could have come up with. Finally, Jessica and Company, gave us clear and precise estimates, to include diagrams, if necessary, prior to commencing the work and receiving our approval. We are very pleased with Jessica and Company’s professional attitude to include keeping us informed as far as schedule and work progressed. We would highly recommend Jessica Earl and Company for any home projects.
